[서울=나카가와 타카유키] 북한 조선중앙통신은 평양에 있는 군사정찰위성 관제소에 설치된 '정찰위성운용실'이 2일부터 임무에 착수했다고 3일 보도했다.11월 21일 쏘아올린 만리경 만리경 1호의 정식 운용 개시를 주장한 것으로 보인다.


　운용실은 독립된 군사정보조직으로 임무를 수행할 것이라고 통신은 전했다.위성으로부터 수신된 사진 등의 정보는 최초로 조선노동당 중앙군사위원회에 보고되고, 방통위의 지시에 따라 중요부대나 대외 공작기관인 정찰총국에 제공될 것으로 알려졌다.북한 국방부는 공화국(북한)의 전쟁 억지력이 더욱 확고한 태세를 갖출 것이라고 주장했다.

　북한은 그동안 정찰위성으로 촬영된 주일, 주한미군 기지 등의 사진을 김정은 총서기에게 보여줬다고 발표해 위성의 순조로운 가동을 과시해 왔다.국내에서는 영상 해상도가 낮은 것 아니냐는 성능을 의문시하는 지적도 나온다.

【ソウル＝中川孝之】北朝鮮の朝鮮中央通信は３日、 平壌ピョンヤン にある軍事偵察衛星の管制所に設置された「偵察衛星運用室」が２日から任務に着手したと報じた。１１月２１日に打ち上げた「 万里鏡マンリギョン １号」の正式な運用開始を主張したものとみられる。


　同通信によると、運用室は「独立した軍事情報組織として任務を遂行する」という。衛星から受信した写真などの情報は最初に朝鮮労働党中央軍事委員会に報告され、同委の指示に従って「重要部隊」や対外工作機関である偵察総局に提供されるという。北朝鮮国防省は「共和国（北朝鮮）の戦争抑止力がさらに確固とした態勢を整える」と主張した。

　北朝鮮はこれまで、偵察衛星で撮影された在日、在韓米軍基地などの写真を 金正恩キムジョンウン 総書記に見せたと発表し、衛星の順調な稼働を誇示してきた。韓国国内では、画像の解像度が低いのではないかと性能を疑問視する指摘も出ている。
